Process Guide to requesting Collections Cloud Tracing Services
This feature will allow users to trace most recent and updated information of a debtor such as email address, Street address, phone number etc- the user has to first provide as much known information on debtor as possible.
A trace Request can be completed the following way:
- Collections Cloud Operator > Home page > Tracing Services > Tracing Services Request form
- Users will need to log into the Collections Cloud platform to access the home page where the side menu will display the “Tracing an ID verification”
- The Tracing Services feature will redirect users to a Tracing Services Request form where users must fill in the form by providing as much information regarding the individual as possible, Options are: Phone Number; Address; Email; First & Last Names; Date of Birth and many more.
- Before Submitting the Tracing Request review details, you have provided and read the terms and conditions stating:
“I understand that the use of this tracing service is for legitimate business purposes only specifically for invoice recovery or collections activities.
By ticking this box, you confirm that this is the case and indemnify Collections Cloud Ltd against all legal issues that may arise from misuse of this service.”
