The Credit Check & ID Verification feature.
With this feature you will Empower your credit decisions, by instantly credit-checking other companies or individuals before you engage, minimizing future risk.
1: Locating the feature is simple, on the vertical side Menu the feature is called “Credit Check”
2: Loggin in & passwords.
Sign in with your Email and password.
3: You are then introduced to the dashboard, where you can find overall stats for Uk company growth among other stats.
Use the Menu to locate the feature you need.
Search: Used to locate Businesses.
Once you have located a business you can select it to see more information, businesses are rated with a scoring system rating bands shown below
IDV (Identity Verification)
Collections Cloud always recommends that users do IDV Checks through the Credit Check feature, but users that don’t have this option available through their subscription plan will still have the possibility to IDV Check using Collections Cloud although the information received will be a little more limited it still a viable option to do IDV Checks.
An IDV (Identity Verification) is a process that confirms a person’s claimed identity is genuine, matching them to their documents and biometrics to prevent fraud.
You can do either do single check (for one individual) or bulk check (for more than one individual)
Single check:
1: Choose the jurisdiction that corresponds to your customer, options are: Uk / U.S.A / Australia / New Zealand
Once Jurisdiction is chosen you select IDV and also have the option to Reference it and/or leave a Message to Customer.
You have now completed basic credit check details, but additional Customer details need to be filled in the details section of the person you wish to verify.
When your customer passes the IDV you will see it in your IDV & AML dashboard.

Below are the results, you can find the information of the IDV verification process.
If we Choose to click the results you will get redirected to results breakdown:
Export: Exports the results to your device.
Results Breakdown: Contains IVD scan statis (pass / failed) & additional information.
Submission Details: Your search details here.

IDV Checks option 2.
The IDV check feature is found inside the Case Management page. Once you have located the case you intend to IDV check, click on IDV Check found above case details.
This will open the IDV Check – Address Confirmation form.
This form will contain the person’s current information logged into the case. If you have more information or updated information using the “Edit” feature before requesting an IDV Check.
At the bottom of the form there are more information fields and the submit button. Clicking submit will start the IDV Check requested.
